SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Victoria was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 1979. Since that time she has accumulated a wealth of experience in all aspects of wills and estates law. Victoria is a trained Collaborative Law practitioner, an accredited mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Jacinta was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2006 and was previously head of the estate planning and estate litigation division of a prominent suburban law firm. She is a trained Collaborative Law Practitioner.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Alyssa was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2013. She is working towards becoming an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates as she is passionate about this area of the law and the sensitivities it requires.

ASSOCIATE

Christine was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016. She has worked primarily in the area of estate planning and the preparation of wills, together with estate administration. Christine is developing her experience in estate litigation and is working towards becoming an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. She is a trained Collaborative Law Practitioner and a member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners).

LEGAL ASSISTANT & RESEARCH CLERK

Lucy is a final year law/business administration student. She has previously worked at the Cancer Council and the Mater hospital. She assists our solicitors with probate and estate administration work, general administrative tasks and research.

OFFICE MANAGER

Paul is the office/IT manager. He has worked in IT related fields for over 30 years. Paul is also a Justice of the Peace.
